The Annual Meeting of the Oaktree Residential Association will be held on:

At this meeting the Association will elect the two (2) new Board Members to replace the members whose terms will have ended. This will be done by proxy vote from proxies mailed out to each Oaktree Owner in February 2017. This is a very important meeting and the Board will look forward to a great attendance.

The Board would like to encourage you to be involved in our community either by serving on the Board or on one of the committees. There is a time commitment, but the Board only meets four (4) times a year. Our goal is to protect and help increase all of the property values in Oaktree.

The Board would like to ask for volunteers to serve on the Nominating Committee. This committee will meet with potential candidates and recommend a slate of candidates to the Board for election in April. The terms for the Board positions will be two (2) years.
